Am looking to relocate to C.C Tx. I just came back & I loved it. Any input on the subject would be appriciated

I have a background in Social Services, primarily in the Developmental Disabilities area. I am also looking to buy a home verses renting. Although I have visited ( for a week ) I dont know the areas. Ide appriciate any information on all the above subjects. I will most likely be purchasing a home while I am still here, using pictures of the homes to go by.....but I still wont know the neighborhoods. Ide hate to purchase a home in a bad area. I do know that almost everyone Ive talked to while still in C. C , last week- told me to stay North? of Waldron Rd. I have loked @ homes on Evelyn, Mexico, Garfield %26amp; 2 on Nicholson. How would these be ? Thank you for any %26amp; all information..... :-)

You need to stay north of South Padre Island side, but also some bad locations there. I recommend living on or beyond saratoga but before yorktown,because that is considered the stix after that. If you want the lowest crime rate and best property, the best place is to move to Padre Island. It is only a five minute drive to cross the cosway and the atmosphere is much cleaner and nice. I live there.
