Vista cd key problem?

I just added a new sata drive and installed vista on it, and i also have vista installed onto my OLD IDE hard drive. The current vista i have, which requires me to activate my cd key, is the same one from the one i installed on my previous ide C:. I tried to activate onto this new C:, it says my cd key is already in used. The thing is that i formated my old C: and now it still won't let me activate it. Someone please tell me what to do, thanks!

Vista cd key problem?
Check whether the key is correct or not. And if your vista license is only for one processor, you can't activate further more. contact microsoft support for further assistance.
Reply:really format all drive that u have in hardisk and plug out internet cable so don't have interupt any networking while install vista. That it.
Reply:Call Microsoft, if they think its a good enough reason, they'll generate you a new key.
Reply:Call Micro$oft !!
